Angel Saint Martin is a textile artist and fashion designer who integrates narrative elements into avant-garde art and apparel. She combines sewing, sculpting, and surface design to create one-of-a-kind clothing. Her work integrates painting, printmaking, and patchwork, transforming layered fabrics into anthropomorphic forms. These are inspired by flora, fauna, and environmental stewardship. Committed to sustainable fashion design, she uses eco-conscious materials to reflect connections among humans, nature, and community. Angel draws inspiration from anthropomorphic festival costumes, folklore, and fairytales. As a result, she produces fantasy-clothing reflections that serve as both bodily adornment and living artifacts. Her passion for interdisciplinary practice led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design and a Master of Fine Arts in Textile Arts and Costume Design from the University of California, Davis. She also holds a Master of Humanities in Art and Visual Media from Tiffin University. This educational path led to active participation in fashion shows, exhibitions, fairs, festivals, fellowships, and residencies.

Angel Saint Martin has taught fashion design at the collegiate level, coordinated art programs, and presented her brand’s collections at over thirty runway shows. As an artist and designer, her work has been recognized through publications, residencies, and honors, including features in Surface Design Journal, Blue Guitar Magazine, Femina and Viva La Vida, as well as the Arizona Apparel Foundation Designer Residency, ArtsBridge Fellowship, President’s Undergraduate Fellowship, Best of Show in Wearable Art at the Arizona State Fair, and the Award of Excellence in Cultural Fine Art at the California State Fair.
